The university follows different fee structures based on the applicant's country of residence. Applicants from India and eligible SAARC countries, African countries, and other international countries each have separate fee categories. Along with the programme fee, applicants should also consider the one-time registration fee, semester-wise examination fee, student grants, and other concessions wherever applicable.

Fee Structure for Indian & SAARC Countries' Applicants

Applicants from India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan fall under the Indian & SAARC fee category. Eligible students may also receive a student grant of up to 25% under the University's Student Grant Policy.

    Fee Structure for African Applicants

Applicants from eligible African countries are covered under a separate international fee structure. Like the Indian category, the fee includes the programme fee along with examination and registration charges, while eligible students may receive a student grant of up to 25%.

    Where the Fee Structure Applies

LPU Online follows different fee structures depending on the applicant's country of residence. Applicants from India and eligible SAARC countries are covered under the Indian fee structure, while African applicants and applicants from other international countries have separate fee categories with their own programme fees and related charges. Understanding the applicable category before applying helps avoid confusion during the admission process.

What's Included, and What's Charged Separately

The total programme fee is accompanied by two other important components. The examination fee is charged on a semester basis and is already included in the programme fee, while the registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment collected separately at the time of admission. Since the registration charge is paid only once, it should not be confused with a recurring semester expense.

    Student Grant

Eligible applicants may receive a Student Grant of up to 25%, depending on the University's Student Grant Policy. The grant helps reduce the effective programme cost and is offered in accordance with the eligibility criteria prescribed by the university. Since grant policies may change between admission cycles, applicants should always verify the latest details before completing their application.

    No-Cost EMI

LPU Online also provides a No-Cost EMI facility, allowing students to divide their fee into manageable installments instead of paying the entire amount upfront. This option can make the programme more convenient for working professionals and other learners who prefer structured monthly payments.

Fee Waiver for National or International Achievers

Apart from the Student Grant, LPU Online also provides an achievement-based fee waiver for eligible candidates with recognised accomplishments at the national or international level. Students with achievements in sports, research and development, social science, cultural activities, or co-curricular fields may qualify for fee concessions, subject to the University's eligibility criteria and verification process.

    A Note on Timing

Programme fees, student grants, and other admission-related benefits are reviewed periodically by the University. Because these details may change from one admission cycle to another, applicants should always refer to the latest official fee structure before making a payment or planning their admission.

    Putting the Full Picture Together

Looking at the complete fee structure rather than just the headline programme fee provides a clearer understanding of the actual cost of pursuing the LPU Online MBA in Finance. Along with the applicable programme fee, applicants should consider the one-time registration fee, the included semester-wise examination fee, available student grants, No-Cost EMI facility, and any achievement-based fee waivers for which they may be eligible. Taking all these components into account makes financial planning much more straightforward before beginning the admission process.
